These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QReate platform (“the Platform”), owned and operated by Cody Smart ("we", "our", "us"). By using QReate, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
QReate offers Free, Basic, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store any payment details. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the billing date.
You are solely responsible for the content linked to the QR codes you generate. We do not monitor the content of your QR codes, but we reserve the right to suspend access if your QR codes violate any laws or our policies.
All content, software, branding, and platform design are the property of Cody Smart unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.
The platform is provided "as-is". We make no warranties about uptime, reliability, or error-free operation. Cody Smart will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of QReate.
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you are violating these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of significant changes. Continued use after updates implies your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
